Integra Bookkeeping Outsourcing Services Management Team for USA and Canadian

Integra was founded in the year 2004 by four of us, Ganesh, Ram, Aravind and Raj (Me). We founded Integra with the aim to help businesses choose outsourcing with lot of confidence and with no fear. We started with a small office in Coimbatore, India. Our company has witnessed excellent progress over the years. Currently we have multiple offices across India, the USA and UK with over 200 professionals.

We did a few small projects in the initial days and it was a struggle as is the case with any start-up. However, perseverance paid and slowly we started to find out feet in the world of entrepreneurship. We started to regularly acquire new clients and expand the boundaries. Our first office could not handle all the new projects and we moved to a bigger and more centrally located office in Coimbatore, India.

We implemented new quality control procedures and better process methodologies while also expanding our services into multiple areas. We also started to focus more on our international sales and marketing and as a result, we started to acquire more clients. We were also adding new clients through word of mouth referrals from our early clients. Our new bigger office was operating to its full capacity with about 80 people.

To support our further growth, we hired another office space about 2 miles away and within a few years we have grown to about 200 professionals and both our offices are now functioning at their full capacity.

When we started at first, our aim was to run a successful business and chart a prosperous future. We wanted to achieve it by helping other businesses become successful using the path of outsourcing. The path of outsourcing was treacherous with lots of failed promises and so many rough ends.

We wanted to polish and smoothen these rough ends and make outsourcing a safe and successful journey for small businesses. That is taking the "FEAR" out of outsourcing. We continue to work with our founding principle intact.
